Red Vertical Collection
LIMITED EDITION
Three vintages of our great red wine are grown on the glacial soils of Aniane, made mostly from non-cloned Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in oak barrels. From one year to the next, the same signature comes through, shaped by the character of each vintage.
It is a rare Christmas gift for wine lovers: taste them side by side at the festive table, or let them mature in the cellar.

They pair with roast lamb or herb-crusted lamb, beef bourguignon, coq au vin, then aged hard cheeses.
Serve at 18–19 °C, ideally in a large glass. Open 3–4 hours ahead or decant to reveal their full complexity, putting the cork back in after opening. For a vertical tasting, serve from the youngest to the oldest.
Enjoy them now for their fruit and lively tannins, or keep them 15–20 years in a cool cellar (12–16 °C), where the tannins will turn velvety and notes of forest floor and truffle will emerge.
