Rouge
Grown on the glacial soils of Aniane, our great red wine shows remarkable purity in the 2023 vintage. Cherry and blackcurrant lead on the nose, followed by a silky palate and finely elegant tannins. Presented in a wooden case, it makes a Christmas gift to enjoy now or lay down in the cellar. At the festive table, serve it with capon, lamb or game.

Powerful and velvety, this vintage pairs with grilled rib of beef, roast leg of lamb, game or a slow-cooked stew, then with aged hard cheeses.
Serve at 18–19 °C, ideally in a large glass. Open it 3–4 hours ahead or decant it to reveal its full complexity, and put the cork back in after opening.
Enjoy it now for its fruit and lively tannins, or keep it 15–20 years in a cool cellar (12–16 °C), where its tannins will turn velvety and its aromas more complex.
