This gift box brings together the two great wines of Mas de Daumas Gassac. The Red 2024, led by Cabernet Sauvignon, is grown on the glacial soils of Aniane and aged in oak barrels. The White 2025 is a luminous blend of Viognier, Chardonnay, Petit Manseng and Chenin.

The Red 2024 pairs with the main course (roast lamb, beef fillet, game) and then with aged cheeses.
The White 2025 opens the meal, as an aperitif or with oysters, foie gras or grilled fish.
Serve the Red 2024 at 18–19 °C in a large glass, opened 3–4 hours ahead or decanted.
Serve the White 2025 at 11–12 °C, opened an hour before serving. In both cases, put the cork back in after opening.
Enjoy the Red 2024 young, within three years, for its vibrant fruit, or keep it 15–20 years in a cool cellar (12–16 °C).
Drink the White 2025 within 18 months for its freshness and fruit. Kept 4–12 years, it develops notes of honey and candied fruit.
