Blanc
Our great white wine comes from the limestone soils of Aniane, blending Viognier, Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Chenin and rare grape varieties. The 2024 shows lovely freshness, white flower notes and fine minerality, with a palate that is both taut and generous. Presented in a wooden case, it makes an elegant Christmas gift to open over the holidays or lay down in the cellar. Serve it with oysters, roast sea bass or a seafood platter.

Superb as an aperitif, it also pairs with gratinated oysters, pan-seared foie gras or scallops with a creamy citrus sauce.
Serve at 10–12 °C. Open it an hour before serving to let its complexity unfold, and put the cork back in.
Enjoy it now for its freshness and rich aromatic range. Kept a few more years in a cool, humid cellar (14–16 °C), it evolves towards notes of honey, candied fruit and refined oxidative nuances.
