Our transport charges reflect a comprehensive service: order preparation, secure packaging, delivery tracking, insurance, and after-sales support. We do everything possible to ensure that your wines arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery from Monday to Friday, during daytime hours only – no specific delivery time slot available. Delivery to upper floors is not possible.

• Orders of up to 4 cases: after order processing, delivery within 24 to 48 working hours (except in exceptional circumstances).
• Orders of 5 cases or more (delivered on a pallet): delivery within 7 working days (except in exceptional circumstances). Once the goods have been collected by the carrier, a delivery appointment must be arranged within 7 days (upon receipt of the carrier’s email or phone call), failing which storage charges will apply.
