For the past 40 years the Guibert family has fallen in love with Ireland and its treasures. They discovered the delicious smoked salmon from Geraldine Bass and her traditional family business "Old Millbank Smokehouse".
The salmon are farmed in the wild waters of the west Atlantic coast of Ireland, from Donegal in the north of the country to Cork and Kerry in the south west before being smoked with care and delivered to our loyal customers around the world.

This organic smoked salmon is based on recipes handed down over the years. The cold smoking process uses mild brines and oak smoke to perfectly preserve selected sides of organic salmon.
Whole salmon fillet not sliced.
