Albaran is a blending Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, with a deep ruby colour and an expressive nose of ripe, candied fruit. On the palate it shows silky warm tannins and balanced structure with a rustic character, making it perfect for autumn and winter meals.

Vinification
Slow Medoc maceration (around 20 days), at 28°C–33°C for the Cabernet grapes. Carbonic maceration for the Syrah with 8 to 10 days in vats. No filtration.
Yield
45 - 50 hl/ha.
Aging
Cabernet Sauvignon matured in "Merrain" oak casks for 8 to 9 months.
