Véronique and Aimé Guibert imagined the Mas de Daumas Gassac Rosé Frizant coming back from a holiday in Italy. In the spirit of an Espumante, this sparkling wine comes from the young vines of Cabernet Sauvignon are growing on white clay soil.

As with all wines, the temperature at which it’s kept will dictate how well it keeps. The ideal is between 12°C and 18°C.
