In the hills of Aniane, where the Mediterranean breeze meets gentle continental influences, a wine is born—shaped by a precious microclimate and vines cultivated in agroforestry. Clay-limestone soils blended with silty sands provide an ideal cradle for its grape varieties.
Harvested in September 2024, Cinsault, Syrah and old-vine Carignan are handled with the utmost delicacy:
semi-carbonic maceration for the first two, 100% carbonic for the Carignan, with no crushing or punching-down. A gentle 15-day infusion, followed by a short 1.5-month ageing in foudre, with bâtonnage to bring depth and softness.
Unfiltered and protected only with 2 g of SO₂, this vibrant 11.5% wine preserves the sincerity of the fruit and the freshness of its origin.
