Trilogy box
Three 2024 cuvées from Atelier Guibert, each devoted to a single Mediterranean grape variety. Pure is a Grenache from old, high-altitude vines. Le Pesquier is a Carignan, and La Clairière a Cinsault. All three are made from whole bunches with native yeasts and gentle extraction by infusion, with no additives and no filtration.
It is a Christmas gift for the curious: three expressions of one terroir to discover side by side over the holidays.

Grenache - Vinification
- Whole bunches, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and gentle extraction by infusion. No additives, fining, filtration or degassing.
- Aging
- All wines are aged in oak barrels; Pure and La Clairière are aged in stoneware jars and then bottle-aged.
Pure pairs with herb-roasted lamb or festive poultry.
Le Pesquier goes with terrine, fine charcuterie or a slow-cooked dish.
La Clairière, lighter and silkier, suits poultry, roasted vegetables or mild cheeses.
Serve slightly cool, at 15–16 °C, to keep the fruit vibrant. Open the bottle about 30 minutes before serving. As these wines are unfiltered, a light natural deposit may appear: stand the bottle upright for a few hours before serving, or decant gently.
Enjoy them young for their fruit and freshness, or keep them a few years to gain complexity. Made without additives, they need a cool, stable cellar (12–14 °C), away from light.
