Syrah
An expressive Syrah: deep black fruit, hints of violet and forest floor, and a generous palate with juicy tannins. The spicy finish recalls black olives. Aged for ten months in large oak casks and amphorae, it is a true winter wine for festive tables. Serve it with game, a slow-cooked beef stew or a board of mature cheeses.

Serve at 16–18 °C. Open or decant the bottle an hour before serving to let its aromas of black fruit, violet and forest floor unfold.
Ready to drink now, it can still evolve for a few more years. Store in a cool, stable cellar (12–14 °C), away from light.
