l'Aven
The white wine of Atelier Guibert in Aniane is lively and precise. Petit Manseng brings tension, Chardonnay structure, and Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc a subtle aromatic range. Barrel ageing on fine lees adds depth without ever masking its freshness.
It is ready for every holiday table: aperitifs, oysters, fine fish or festive poultry.

It suits the whole festive table, from the aperitif and oysters to delicate fish or festive poultry.
Serve at 11–13 °C, not too cold, so the depth from lees ageing can show. Open it half an hour before serving or decant it.
Delicious now for its freshness and precision. Its tension and barrel ageing also allow it to keep for a few years in a cool cellar (12–14 °C), where it will gain complexity.
