La Clairière

per case of 3 bottles
La Clairière comes from three micro-parcels of Cinsault located in Aniane, at an altitude of 100 to 150 meters, surrounded by garrigue. The vines, aged between 12 and 77 years, are rooted in clay-limestone soils.
Wild iris is a flower found on the embankments and along the edges of vineyards in the Hérault. A symbol of finesse, light, and balance, it evokes the natural delicacy and freshness of this cuvée.
