Developed in partnership with the Moulin du Mas Palat in Gignac, this extra virgin olive oil, extracted cold, comes from a single variety "Verdale". Typical variety of the Hérault Valley. The olive trees are located in Gignac and Aniane. Very early maturing olive , giving a fine, herbaceous and very balanced oil, delicately scented. To be used in salads, or added to warm dishes after cooking.
