Our organic Gin is slowly distilled over a wood fire from the wild plants of the estate's garrigue: juniper, thyme, rosemary and strawberry tree fruit. It is fresh, elegant and gently rounded. This 3-bottle gift box pairs our Gin with 2 bottles of Chatouille, our sparkling grape juice: perfect for a Mediterranean gin & tonic, served with a sprig of rosemary.
Everything you need for a Mediterranean gin & tonic to open Christmas Eve: a few ice cubes, a sprig of rosemary, and the garrigue joins your Christmas table.

Store the Gin at room temperature, away from sudden temperature changes.
Keep the Chatouille chilled. Once opened, drink it within 3 days and reseal it well to keep the bubbles.
Enjoy the Gin on ice or as a Mediterranean gin & tonic with a plain tonic and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
For a house cocktail, try the “Gassac Spritz”: 4 cl Gin, 12 cl well-chilled Chatouille, ice, and a slice of orange or a few red berries.
